Cancellation Policy – Afternoon Tea Experiences
Please note that there is no flexibility to change or cancel your booking one week prior to the event.
Reservations may be cancelled by emailing our team at bookings@culdeescastleestate.com , and any monies taken will automatically be refunded, provided you cancel the reservation within the required time. Should you fail to cancel your reservation one week before the event all monies will no longer be refundable.
Dietary Requirements
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated stated at the time of booking.
Our online booking system will record any allergens, intolerances and dietary requirements. We can only accommodate these requests when made at the time of booking. We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergens or dietary concerns prior to the event. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to potential cross-contamination.
Guests with severe allergies are kindly required to contact us at the time of booking.
Children
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate infants or babies within the castle dining areas..
Children aged 12 years and above are welcome to dine with us.
