Yesterday we had the most amazing day helping Michael to propose to girlfriend Georgia. The sun was shining and with the most perfect and romantic picnic laid out on the lawn with a castle backdrop from our friends @scottishwildpicnics what a day they had.

Our girls Evie & Ava-Grace enjoyed a visit from Helen this week. Author of the fantastic children’s book @oorhaggis. They enjoyed a private book reading on the lawn with a friend and restocking our onsite shop with lots of new oor haggis goodies. We will be inviting local children to Culdees for a fun day of storytelling and Haggis hunting! around the grounds during the school holidays. Well Rob finally gets a roof top view!!! We’ve been renovating this beautiful building for 3 years now and today he made it to the top. His fear of heights eased by the three foot walkway around the roof and a lovely new floor to stand solid on within the bell tower. 🤣 we’ve been pointing and cleaning the stonework up here and now on the look out for a replacement bell 🔔 so that the Wedding Bells really can chime #culdeesweddingsandevents #belltower #georgianarchitecture

What a beautiful start to the new year ☀️
We’ve a lot to do this year as the countdown is on to pull off the biggest wedding to date. We are focussed on the work ahead to get the castle chapel, kitchens and entrance hallways ready for our big day. 🤴 👸
We’ve come a long way this year and achieved so much! Thanks to your support, our motivation remains high, however it will be tight! It will be one of the hardest deadlines we’ve ever undertaken.
